You agree to use InkMine Studio strictly for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You must not use the platform to:

• Forge legal signatures, government identification, or unauthorized official documentation.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or likeness of others without express consent.
• Distribute abusive, fraudulent, or malicious material.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of the text, exports, and handwriting styles generated under your account. InkMine Studio retains ownership of the underlying rendering pipeline, algorithms, and application interface.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions (such as Creator Pro) provide access to premium paper textures, humanized rendering, and print-ready export capabilities. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Service Availability

InkMine Studio is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance and updates to improve engine reliability and visual fidelity.
