1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Your email address and basic profile details used to authenticate and isolate your workspace.
- Handwriting Scans & Images: Images uploaded for glyph extraction and bounding box processing.
- Document Content: Text entered in the editor and saved configurations stored in your user workspace.
- Billing & Transaction Details: Payment transactions are securely handled by our Merchant of Record and payment processors. We do not store raw credit card credentials on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your uploaded handwriting scans and extracted glyphs are strictly used to train and render your personal handwriting profile. We do not sell, share, or license your personal handwriting samples or document contents to third parties.
3. Data Retention & Erasure
Temporary upload caches are purged automatically after processing. You maintain full ownership and control to delete your custom handwriting profiles and saved documents at any time from your studio workspace.
4. Security
We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and isolated database access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access.
